Garden Makeover

The KETTLER Garden Makeover competition has now closed. Thank you to everyone who entered the competition  – we had a surprising number of entrants.

 

The winner is Mr Mark Wharton from Hitchin. Congratulations!! We will upload photos of the garden makeover when complete.

 

Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. To enter a competition you must be:
    (a) UK resident; and
    (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
  2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) or affiliates of KETTLER (GB) Limited.
  3. Entry is free, no purchase necessary.
  4. Only one entry per person.
  5. If you want to enter the competition you may only enter via the website on the applicable competition page.
  6. Entrants must answer the competition question correctly to be entered into the draw.
  7. Entrants must state where they saw the competition advertised.
  8. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
  9. The starting date for the competition is the Monday 23rd January 2012, the closing date is the 13th of April 2012, KETTLER GB reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
  10. If you win the competition, we will notify you by post and e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to KETTLER (GB) Limited, Merse Road, North Moons Moat, Redditch, Worcs, B98 9HL after the closing date.
  12. The prize value is an estimated amount based on professional services, design fee, labour costs, materials including planting and KETTLER Garden Furniture. The prize includes: consultation with designer and winner, minor landscaping, planting and a garden furniture set provided by KETTLER. A maximum area of 50 square metres will apply.
  13. The designer will visit the winner and discuss options and design accordingly. The winner will agree the design before work is started. No changes will be made after agreement is made.
  14. The garden makeover will take place in May 2012. Contractors employed by KETTLER GB Limited will complete the work. No KETTLER staff will be on site while the work is being carried out. No warranty of the landscaping work will apply. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as KETTLER GB may require including a presentation at a local garden centre.
  15. The panel of judges for each competition will be comprised of members of the marketing team of a relevant department of KETTLER GB Limited.
  16. The prize will not be transferable to another person. The address given in the entry will be the address of the garden makeover. A disclaimer will need to be signed before any work is started.
  17. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
  18. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  19. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
  20. This competition is being run by KETTLER (GB) Limited.
  21. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
  22. KETTLER (GB) Limited reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. KETTLER (GB) may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
