Coronavirus Update

In these challenging times, we want to take a moment to update you on how we are responding to the coronavirus crisis. Most of our retail partners, including the garden centres and department stores you love to visit, are now closed. However, many of them offer an excellent online service delivering direct to your door. Therefore, here at Kettler, we are working hard within the Government’s Guidelines to support their online facility with ongoing service and deliveries. We are balancing continuity and safety: The majority of our office staff are working from home, whilst the warehouse and transport teams are operating, as normal as possible, in order to maintain deliveries. At this time, due to our restricted customer service operation, we are unable to respond to all queries and we ask that if your query isn’t urgent you contact us once we are back in the office.

Like all businesses we are constantly evaluating and monitoring our response to the situation, ensuring we are keeping our staff safe and not posing a risk to our customers. If our policy changes, we will update you.

Our thoughts are with those who are suffering or who have lost loved ones in this pandemic and thank those on the front line for supporting our country.
