Despite its large size, the canopy is just as easy to put up as smaller ones. The wind-up handle allows you to easily move the canopy in or out and boasts 360° rotation without having to move the base.
The sturdy powder-coated aluminium frame is rust proof. The spring-loaded spokes provide a tight fit for the canopy to prevent it from creasing and allows water to drip off easily. Featuring raised vents which protects the canopy from wind damage. The parasol comes complete with a water/sand base for stability and a night cover to protect the canopy when not in use.
It is always recommended that in severe weather conditions the parasol is put down and covered with the night cover provided.

Care and Maintenance
We recommend you clean your Kettler furniture at the beginning and end of the season or more regularly if required. Never use abrasive chemicals or cleaning agents. Tree sap and bird droppings should be cleaned off immediately with warm soapy water.
Parasols
Parasols always require a parasol base. Wind up parasols require a base which can be bought separately. We recommend a 16kg base for the 2.5m wind up parasol and a 32kg base for the 3.0m wind up parasol. All of the Kettler free arm parasols come with a base which need to be filled with sand and topped up with water. They are designed in pieces so filling or moving is easier. Parasols should be taken down when not in use and not used in windy conditions. Canopies are not suitable for dry clean or machine washable and should be sponge cleaned only. Kettler sell via their website a cushion/fabric care kit. Most canopies can be removed – see the video on the website for full instructions.
- Failure to comply with the above will void the warranty.

Our cushions and parasols are not designed to be left outdoors and should be stored away when not in use. Terms & conditions apply. No warranty claims can be accepted without a valid proof of purchase.

Prices INCLUDE delivery to UK mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales (exclusions apply). All standard deliveries are Monday to Friday (7am-6.30pm exclusions apply).

In addition, some postcodes attract a delivery surcharge and have extended delivery times:

Returns
- Any item bought on our website includes a 14 day money back guarantee. If you wish to return the item, you must return it to us in its original packaging, in an unused and resalable condition.
- All returns made under the 14-day money back guarantee must be at your own expense (recorded delivery recommended).
- If we find the item to be used or not resaleable or outside of the timescales we will return to you at your cost.
- We will refund you via the same payment method within 14 working days of receiving the item back. This does not affect your statutory rights. If any item is returned as faulty and there is no fault covered by the warranty the item will be returned at your cost.
- To return an item, please email the after sales team at sales@kettlerdirect.co.uk. Include a copy of your invoice. We will send an authorisation code for returning the item.
- Any returns must include a copy of your invoice.
Once your order has been placed, there is no facility to cancel your order. You will have to wait for delivery and then return following the guidelines above.
