The 25% discounted price is based on the VAT inclusive price. Any promotional codes need to be added at the checkout stage. We are unable to honour discounts if the code has not been added. Please ensure you are happy with the discount applied before continuing to the payment screen.
Payments will be taken by Secure Trading Limited. You will receive an email confirmation as well as payment confirmation. Please ensure you state the address where your card is registered and if using an alternate delivery address list this as delivery only or your payment will not be authorised.
Delivery will be made within 10 working days. Some postcodes may take longer. You will not be contacted to make arrangements for delivery. A signature will be required for deliveries made by courier (and will not be left without one). If you are not at home when delivery is attempted the courier will leave details to contact them to re-deliver. If the item is returned to us by the carrier, there will be a re-delivery charge applied.
This offer is subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund you to the original payment card within 5 working days.
If you wish to return the item, please contact 01527 918999 for a returns reference number which must be quoted on all paperwork. The items must be returned to us at your own expense (recommended recorded courier service) in an unused and resalable condition to be received by us within 28 days. A copy of your invoice must be included with the return so we know who has returned it. If we find the item to be used or not resalable or outside of the timescales we will return to you at your cost. We will refund you (minus 15% to cover outward postage costs and administration) via the same payment method within 14 working days of receiving the item back. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Once your order has been placed, there is no facility to cancel your order. You will have to wait for delivery and then return following the guidelines above.
