  2. A purchase (not delivery) must be made between 01st March 2022 to 31st July 2022 inclusive.
  3. The value of the accessory pack is based on RRP prices and not exchangeable for cash.
  4. If the BBQ is returned to the retailer/Kettler website the accessory pack must also be returned.
  5. This offer is subject to availability and in the unfortunate event that stocks sell out, accessories to the same value or greater will be offered.

  • Free delivery to UK mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales (some exclusions apply). All standard deliveries are Monday to Friday (7.00am – 6.30pm exclusions apply). See delivery conditions for full Terms & Conditions.

Returns

  • All spares include a 28 day money back guarantee. If you wish to return your garden spares, you must return it to us in its original packaging, in an unused and resalable condition.
  • All returns made under the 28 day money back guarantee must be at your own expense (recorded delivery recommended).
  • If we find the item to be used or not resalable or outside of the timescales, we will return to you at your cost. We will refund you (minus 15% to cover outward postage costs and administration) via the same payment method within 14 working days of receiving the item back. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Once your order has been placed, there is no facility to cancel your order. You will have to wait for delivery and then return following the guidelines above.
