14 Day Money-back

Refurbished products offer the same great quality and functionality for less. You can also be reassured that the product has been checked and tested by us at Kettler before being sold to you, and you will be covered by our Refurbished Warranty. If you’ve changed your mind about an order, you can cancel at any time up to, and including 14 days of receiving your product. Delivery

Free Delivery

Your refurbished product will be delivered free of charge – to your door. Most of the products will be pre-assembled and without packaging, but they will be carefully protected for the journey. Some products, due to their built dimensions may be delivered on a pallet. In this case we would ask you to accept the delivery and dispose of the pallet and any protective packing. You can see an example below.

However, as a consequence, some postcode restrictions apply (see below). We also reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not accessible for the product (e.g. a table tennis table to a top floor flat).

We are unable to guarantee a timed delivery but you can request a delivery day (Monday – Friday).

We deliver to all areas of England and Wales.
We deliver to Scotland with the exception of: The Highlands & Islands and Grampian regions.
We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland.
