Are Kettler products delivered fully assembled?
Most Kettler products require assembly. There will be assembly instructions included with the delivery. If you require further details about assembly, please contact us on 0845 026 5995.
What does the warranty cover?
Most pieces of Kettler fitness equipment carry a 3 year warranty (fitness – 3 years parts and labour, fitness accessories – 12 months, wheeled toys/garden play – 3 years parts only, bicycles – frame 5 years and other parts (parts only) 12 months) against any manufacturing defects and does not cover wear and tear items, abuse or mis-use. However, terms and conditions apply. If any Kettler item is used in any other environment such as semi-commercial or commercial, a 12 month warranty will apply and all other conditions still apply. They are for home usage only and need to be maintained regularly. Our fitness equipment should be kept in a suitable environment avoiding damp conditions (e.g. garages).
KETTLER Classic Garden is covered by either a 3 or 5 year anti rust warranty against rust causing failure dependent on product. The warranty applies to domestic use only. If the product is damaaged or chipped, rust may occur, and will not be covered by this warranty.
Do I have to maintain the equipment?
Regular maintenance is required on all equipment which has moving parts.
Cross trainers – regularly tighten pivotal bolts. Also pay attention to the main stem.
Treadmills – regularly lubricate the running matt with silicone spray after every 10 hours of use.
KETTLER Classic Garden furniture can be left outside all year long. We do not recommend the use of plastic sheeting to cover the product. For more tips and techniques on how to maintain your furniture click here.
