Are Kettler products delivered fully assembled?
Most Kettler products require assembly. Each product comes with assembly instructions included with the delivery. If you require further details about assembly, please contact us on 01527 591901.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Fill out the Warranty Claim Form. You will need a proof of purchase as well as supporting images.
What does the warranty cover?
Most pieces of Kettler fitness equipment carry a 3 year warranty (fitness – 3 years parts and labour, fitness accessories – 12 months, wheeled toys/garden play – 3 years parts only) against any manufacturing defects and does not cover wear and tear items, abuse or mis-use. However, terms and conditions apply. If any Kettler item is used in any other environment such as semi-commercial or commercial, a 12 month warranty will apply. All other conditions still apply. They are for home usage only and require regular maintenance checks. We advise keeping our fitness equipment in a suitable environment avoiding damp conditions (e.g. garages).
KETTLER Classic Mesh Garden Furniture includes a 5 year anti rust warranty against rust causing failure dependent on product. The warranty applies to domestic use only. If the product is damaged or chipped, rust may occur, and will not be covered by this warranty.
Do I have to maintain the equipment?
All equipment with moving parts require regular maintenance.
Cross trainers – regularly tighten pivotal bolts. Also pay attention to the main stem.
Treadmills – regularly lubricate the running matt with silicone spray after every 10 hours of use.
KETTLER Classic Garden furniture can stay outside all year long. We do not recommend the use of plastic sheeting to cover the product. We offer more tips and techniques on how to maintain and care for your furniture.
