Prices INCLUDE delivery to UK mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales (exclusions apply). All standard deliveries are Monday to Friday (7am-6.30pm exclusions apply).

In addition, some postcodes attract a delivery surcharge and have extended delivery times:
Any code commencing: PA KW ZL ZE IV AB PH DD IM HS BT
Any code in the ranges: PO30 – 38 and PO40 – 41
If you live in one of these postcodes, we will call you to arrange surcharge payment.
Our policy is to despatch goods in line with customer’s requirements. We will do our very best to meet the requested delivery date but do not deliver on bank holidays. We use carriers to deliver our products and therefore cannot guarantee special instructions such as avoiding school run times. To secure the price, all deliveries must be within 30 days of order. Kettler will not accept liability for failure to deliver on the stated date. Please provide a contact telephone number in case of any queries. The majority of Kettler products are delivered by Nightfreight on a one man overnight delivery service. Smaller are dispatched via Royal Mail or courier service.
All deliveries will require a signature for delivery. We will not leave a product without this. If there is nobody at home when the delivery arrives, the carrier will leave a card to call and make arrangements for re-delivery and a charge may apply. If you do leave a note advising where the goods can be left (with a neighbour etc), this is completely at your own risk and if the goods arrived damaged you will not be able to claim as faulty.
Due to the size of some delivery vehicles delivering on our behalf, we must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivery vehicles (e.g. overhanging trees, narrow lanes, tight bends). Kettler will not accept any claims for compensation arising for non/failed/refused delivery of any item when we have not been made aware of restrictions regarding access. In the event that the item is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer may be liable for re-delivery charges.
Kettler do everything possible to ensure the safe delivery of your goods. When your delivery arrives, you must count the number of pieces you receive and look for any damage to the packaging. If the number of boxes does not match the delivery paperwork, you must note the number of pieces received by your signature. Damage to packaging must also be noted on the delivery note. It is very important to check your order. A signature is an acceptance that you have received the whole order & that the packaging is in good condition. If, however, there are any problems with your delivery they should be reported within 48 hours. Neither Kettler or the carriers can be held responsible for short deliveries or damaged packaging if you do not note them on the delivery note. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note: the delivery service offered is a kerbside delivery service only for health and safety reasons. Products will not be taken into the customers home.
