By participating in the Messina Corner Set Giveaway Competition (the "Giveaway Competition"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.       The promoter of this Giveaway is Kettler (G.B.) Limited, of Kettler House, Merse Road, North Moons Moat, Redditch, Worcs, B98 9HL, United Kingdom (the “Promoter”). For questions or concerns regarding the Giveaway, please contact Kettler at marketing@kettler.co.uk.

2.       Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except for employees, agents, and/or representatives of the Promoter and/or their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings and children), and/or any third party directly associated with administration of the Giveaway.

3.1.       The Giveaway is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

3.2.    To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow Kettler's Instagram, share the competition post and subscribe to Kettler's newsletter. Only one Entry per person is permitted. If you make multiple Entries, aside from the first Entry, all Entries from you will be removed by the Promoter.

3.3.       Entries must be received by 23:59 GMT+1 31.07.25 Entries submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.

3.4.       The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

4.1.       The prize for the Giveaway is one Messina Corner Set valued at £1,799 (the "Prize").

4.2.       The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

4.3.       The Promotor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond Kettler's control make it necessary to do so.

5.1.       A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.

5.2.       The drawing will take place on [01.08.25].

5.3.       The winner will be notified via the email address provided in their Entry within 5 working days of the drawing.

5.4.       If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, Kettler reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5.5.       The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

6.       Delivery

The Prize will be supplied to the winner within 14 days of being notified of their win, under the Promotor’s standard terms and conditions for supply of goods.

7.2.       By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Kettler. Participants can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communication.

7.3.       The Promoter is required by law to publish or make available information on request that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will publish the Instagram handle, or send such information to anyone who request such information from the Promoter within one month after the closing date; unless you opt out by emailing at marketing@kettler.co.uk.

7.4.       Please note that in the event that you opt out of the above, the Promoter is still required to provide such information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

8.1.       Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon Entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse Entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

8.2.       The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

8.3.       Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8.4.       These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
