Crafted on a strong, lightweight powder-coated aluminium frame, the Azore set is built for durability without compromising on aesthetics. The generous seating includes a choice of a two- or three-seat sofa paired with two armchairs, all finished with luxurious, thick cushions designed for deep, supportive comfort. A sleek glass-top coffee table completes the set, featuring a practical lower shelf that provides space for magazines, drinks or decorative accessories.

For added peace of mind, Azore is finished with KETTLER RainSafe® cushions, designed with a water-repellent coating that causes rain to bead and run off rather than soak in. This allows the cushions to dry faster and makes the set ideal for outdoor use throughout spring and summer. To ensure long-term performance and appearance, cushions should be stored away during the cooler months when not in use.

We recommend you clean your Kettler furniture at the beginning and end of the season or more regularly if required. Never use abrasive chemicals or cleaning agents. Tree sap and bird droppings should be cleaned off immediately with warm soapy water.

Non-Weatherproof cushions (see list above) should be removed and stored away somewhere that is dry and has an ambient heat when not in use. The cushions must not get wet. They are not suitable for dry cleaning, not machine washable and are sponge clean only. We recommend the Kettler Fabric care kit to clean and protect cushions. Cushions for any set come with a 12 month warranty for manufacturing faults only. If white marks appear on the cushions this means that they have been allowed to get wet and this is the FR coating. There is no reversing this process and new cushions will need to be bought by the consumer. The cushion warranty will be void.

Weatherproof Cushions

We recommend our weatherproof cushions are covered when not in use in order to use immediately. If the cushions get wet from a shower, they will take approx. 20 minutes – 2 hours to fully dry. We recommend storing in a dry ambient temperature during winter months. Kettler cushions are not suitable for dry cleaning and are not machine washable. Sponge clean only. We recommend the use of the Kettler fabric care kit to clean and protect your cushions. This is available to purchase from the Kettler website.

Wicker

The synthetic wicker is weatherproof and can be left outdoors all year round (excluding cushions). We recommend cleaning when required with warm soapy water avoiding any harsh chemcials or using the Kettler wicker care kit. Remove dust regularly with a clean soft brush and wipe down with a clean damp cloth. Use pads, mats and coasters under plates, glasses cups etc to protect them from scratches, spills, stains and heat damage. Wipe spills immediately to prevent staining. Tree sap and bird droppings should be cleaned off immediately. Take care if using near a barbecue. Charcoal sparks could cause melting. Do not leave hot BBQ tools or other hot items directly on the table. Some styles of glassware can act as a magnifying glass in strong sunlight and will cause damage.

Protective covers are also available for most items.

Failure to comply with the above will void the warranty. This product may only be used for its intended purpose for residential premises.

Any other uses may affect the warranty.

All moving parts should be checked regularly and lubricated where necessary.

Our quality tailored cushions, parasols and protective covers come with a comprehensive 12 MONTH warranty against manufacturing faults. Our cushions and parasols are not designed to be left outdoors and should be stored away when not in use. Terms & conditions apply. No warranty claims can be accepted without a valid proof of purchase.

Kettler Wicker 3 Year Warranty

The 3 YEAR wicker warranty covers manufacturing faults and is for domestic use only. Terms & conditions apply. No warranty claims can be accepted without a valid proof of purchase.

Delivery is free for items weighing under 25kg to UK mainland addresses in England, Scotland, and Wales (exclusions apply).

Items weighing over 25kg are delivered via our Premium 2-Man Delivery Service for a flat fee of £49. This service includes delivery to your room of choice and is completed within 2–3 working days to Mainland UK.

 All standard deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:30pm (exclusions apply).

 Some postcodes attract a delivery surcharge and may have extended delivery times. These include any postcode commencing with:

PA, IV, AB, PH, DD, IM, JE, GY, KW, ZE, HS, and postcodes in the ranges TR21–TR25 and PO30–PO38, PO40–PO41.

If your delivery address falls within one of these areas, we will contact you to arrange payment of the additional surcharge.

We currently do not offer delivery to Ireland. If you wish to purchase Kettler furniture in Ireland, please visit our Stockists page to find a retailer near you.

Returns

  • Any item bought on our website includes a 14 day money back guarantee. If you wish to return the item, you must return it to us in its original packaging, in an unused and resalable condition.
  • All returns made under the 14-day money back guarantee must be at your own expense (recorded delivery recommended).
  • If we find the item to be used or not resaleable or outside of the timescales we will return to you at your cost.
  • We will refund you via the same payment method within 14 working days of receiving the item back. This does not affect your statutory rights. If any item is returned as faulty and there is no fault covered by the warranty the item will be returned at your cost.
  • To return an item, please email the after sales team at sales@kettlerdirect.co.uk. Include a copy of your invoice. We will send an authorisation code for returning the item.
  • Any returns must include a copy of your invoice.
    Once your order has been placed, there is no facility to cancel your order. You will have to wait for delivery and then return following the guidelines above.
