Remove dust regularly with a clean soft brush and wipe down with a clean damp cloth. Use pads, mats and coasters under plates, glasses cups etc to protect them from scratches, spills, stains and heat damage. Wipe spills immediately to prevent staining. Tree sap and bird droppings should be cleaned off immediately. We recommend the Kettler Multi-surface cleaner when necessary. Our cushions and parasols are not designed to be left outdoors and should be stored away when not in use. Terms & conditions apply. Delivery is free for all items to most addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We can also deliver to certain offshore locations, subject to an additional surcharge.

Standard deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:30pm. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and delivery address.

Some postcodes attract a delivery surcharge and may have extended delivery times. These include postcodes beginning:

PA, IV, AB, PH, DD, IM, JE, GY, KW, ZE and HS, as well as TR21–TR25, PO30–PO38 and PO40–PO41.

If your delivery address falls within one of these areas, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the surcharge and arrange payment.

Please ensure that an adult is available to accept delivery on the agreed or notified delivery date. If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, you may be charged the reasonable cost of arranging another delivery. We will confirm the charge before redelivery is booked. This charge will not apply if the delivery failure was caused by Kettler or its delivery provider.

We currently do not offer delivery to Norther Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. If you wish to purchase Kettler furniture in Ireland, please visit our Stockists page to find a retailer near you.

Returns

• Any item bought on our website includes a 14 day money back guarantee. If you wish to return the item, you must return it to us in its original packaging, in an unused and resalable condition.
• All returns made under the 14-day money back guarantee must be at your own expense (recorded delivery recommended).
• If we find the item to be used or not resaleable or outside of the timescales we will return to you at your cost.
• We will refund you via the same payment method within 14 working days of receiving the item back. This does not affect your statutory rights. If any item is returned as faulty and there is no fault covered by the warranty the item will be returned at your cost.
• To return an item, please email the after sales team at sales@kettlerdirect.co.uk. Include a copy of your invoice. We will send an authorisation code for returning the item.
• Any returns must include a copy of your invoice.
  Once your order has been placed, there is no facility to cancel your order. You will have to wait for delivery and then return following the guidelines above.
