We understand that sometimes things go wrong and when they do we want to know about them. If you have a problem with your KETTLER product, the item is within the warranty period and need to make us aware of a problem, follow these simple steps to make a warranty claim on your smart phone:

take a photo of it.

Take a photo of the
complete product.

Take a photo of the
specific problem.
